HR Coordinator
Under general supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor, assists Human Resources staff by performing a variety of support functions which may include assisting in recruiting, training, compensation and benefits. Supports recruitment functions in a variety of areas, preliminary screening of applications, coordinating interviews, creating interview files and forms, and other duties related to the hiring process. Supports staff in creating offer letters and coordinates pre-offer/post offer requirements, such as background, education and reference checks, pre-employment physicals and drug tests. Researches, creates, conducts and organizes annual job fairs. Prepares materials, handouts, and attends job fairs as needed. Posts open positions on job boards and ad placement sites and communicates with all posting agencies. Incumbent will create, review and track job advertisements for monthly updates and annual budget process.
